By accessing or using PeytonixAI's internal audit platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PeytonixAI provides an AI-powered internal audit platform that includes:

• Control testing and assessment tools
• AI-powered design and operating effectiveness testing
• Audit planning and management
• Risk assessment and tracking
• Document management and workpapers

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Share your account credentials with third parties

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, algorithms, AI models, user interfaces, designs, and documentation, is owned by PeytonixAI and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes only.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Service
• Create derivative works based on the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Remove any proprietary notices from the Service

6. Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you upload to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service. We will not use your data for any other purpose without your consent.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all customer data as confidential. Our employees and contractors are bound by confidentiality agreements. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

8. Service Level

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.

9. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEYTONIXAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PeytonixAI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be disabled and your data will be available for export for 30 days.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
